Well, after spamming his inbox over the last few days and recieving SQUAT for a reply other than info I already had and a stalling tactic email saying he would see if he could "SCAVENGE" some information about my order and that it should have already shipped.
Fair enough. Since I can't get a response on email I'll just go around to a few websites and offer up that until I recieve further info NO ONE should purchase anything from XTEC auto USA.
FUNNY how I mentioned I pulled address and phone number from the facebook site WITHIN AN HOUR those were pulled off site.
Seems to me this is another dealer that hasn't got the brass to talk to the people with a problem. I will be looking in to getting my bank to charge back to the dealer for now as a precautionary measure.
If I had people emailing me regarding my product not showing up I don't believe I would get on a forum with a little cutesy reply of "You emailed me?"
If I wanted a business to maintain a healthy relationship with my customers I believe I would hand type emails to each one with a problem.
All I have asked for is a few f***ing answers to why a small company with what seems to be a small customer base can't seem to get it's act together and at least advise the good customers of what is going on.
I have been plenty nice and patient. Now comes the part where my patience runs out and I get nasty.
Mike if you see this you have precious little time to get your act together. To be exact you have one week to respond to my inquiries.
I suggest not responding with a question. I suggest that if you should respond here, that it had better be with some options for me to choose from.
Oh, btw scionchicop, The number I found on facebook that was pulled is 904-704-0575. It was publicly posted and therefore it is public information. I believe you can still see it as such through a google search and a few key words.
The address which was also public is 4900 central florida boulevard orlando fl. But that defaults to the central florida university in orlando florida.
Curious how the address is for orlando florida and the phone number is a jacksonville number in a completely different area code.

If you're referring to me, the Halo's are not my product and I am not a dealer. You said you emailed me for some reason and I was just letting you know that I never got an email.. or why you would be emailing me lol
actually I was referring to mike. at this point I'm still trying to contact the owner of the site. if it ISN'T you then obviously you can disregard.
And anyway I have changed my mind and contacted my card company. The charges will be reversed soon.
Just to be clear, if you AREN'T the product dealer then very obviously you can ignore the post as you don't handle the finances.
