Default Floor mat help

Does anyone know where I can get a set of fitted floormats for my 2011 tc. I spoke to the dealer and he stated that he was unable to get fitted mats from toyota because of the floormat/gas pedal issue of the past(thought that was only supposed to be for the tacoma).

(same product, lower price below - make sure to also purchase the floor mat clips)

The dealer does not know what he is talking about. Toyota makes Scion branded floor mats.

If you are talking about aftermarket rubber floor mats, then I don't know, but I'd like to know as well. I got my rubber floor mats from Walmart. The front ones work alright, but the back floor mats need to be larger.

My rear passengers manage to move them around, and rotate them.

IMHO, WeatherTech makes the best liners (mats)...I'm waiting for them to make it for the Gen2 tC's. Here is a link to the Gen1 liners...

Are those cloth liners? Looks like that company is doing a great job. I'm hoping there is another company out there that will make a rubber floor mat fit perfectly in the tC2.

Also, the above link says it does not work with manual tranny for some reason.

Those are rubber mats...they fit better and nicer in my Honda Fit than the OEM rubber (all weather mats). I'm waiting for them for the tC.

I don't know enough about the Gen1 tC to comment on why the auto-manual won't fit either / or.

The type of mats that I am looking for are the all weather rubber fitted, I spoke with a customer service rep at Weathertech and they informed me that they couldnt give me an exact release date for the tc2 mats, however they stated that the mats for the tc1 should fit. I dont believe them, although I could be wrong.

I've been thinking of trying some tC2 mats in my tC, after reading ^ I might give it a shot, just need some funds lol. I wish I kept my all-weather 2-in-1 floor mats when I traded my 07 tC in for my 09, they were discontinued long ago.

Weathertech got back to me on when the tC2 floor mats would be available:
The floor liners digital fit for the 2011 Scion tC are in production. As of right now it is about 6-7 weeks until the floor liners will be ready for purchase. The all weather mats are also in production and it looks like they are about 8-10 weeks out until they will be ready. If you would like to fill out a product request form at: http://www.weathertech.com/service/applicationrequest.aspx we will notify you once the products are ready for purchase.

So I'm thinking the fitted mats will be available around the 2nd week of June at earliest with the all weather mats available shortly after that. I'm interested in the digital fit mats and hopefuly they will have a liner for the rear cargo area available at some point too.

Nice, thanks for the update. I'm very interested in the 'Digital Fit' liners.

But any word if the driver side mat will fit the manual transmission? The gen 1 mats had a red note saying they do not.

Here is the latest from Weathertech:

"It does look like we will be making a cargo liner for the Scion tC. It will be a custom made specifically for the tC.

The digital fit floor liners will be made for both the automatic and manual transmission. One may be released before the other but we plan on accommodating both transmissions."

Not impressed. After waiting the 6-10 weeks they said before, Weathertech now says this:
"The cargo liner recently started production. We are expecting it to be ready in about 12 weeks. The floor liners have not started production yet but we are expecting our engineer team to start soon. The floor liners usually take the same amount of but since they did not start yet it may be a few weeks longer then the cargo liner."

I'd be surprised to see if they have the full product line up ready and on their site before next year at this rate.

Keep checking here for when they get the all weather mats and cargo mats listed:

for me,

its because i love the carpet mats with the tC logo...but i HATE getting them dirty...especially in rainy weather

thats why i bough some cheap THIN rubber mats and i keep in the spare tire area and bring them out only during the rain (or i know my or others shoes will be wet/dirty)

its more of a keep the carpet mats clean temporarily kind of thing

btw, the bottom of those cheap rubber mats have a grippy thing that stick on the carpet nicely...so its basically like getting a plastic cover for the carpet mats
