i just bought them off ebay. they are classified as purple bulbs but they look deep blue and they show like stock highbeams. this is the link
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nokya...mZ150607480773

the couch makes the lights seem a little darker. but tbh i dont even use my brights. i just like the way they look in the day time

in my opinion the only way to go with 6000k headlights is either 6000k if you want it to be uniform or go 3000k if you want some differences

43000k and 5000k i think are some of the most pointless colors....cuz its just plain white and basically super bright stock

but i guess each their own

I like my 8k 55w hids because they wash out most of the blue is close in color to a 6k 35w bulb just a little more blue and bright as hell

yea, especially with white....if you go away from the amber colors (like ur mirror turn signals) going all matching white/blue is a must, anything else would look goofy

Purple would be sick, but hard to pull off. As in, harder to find paints and colored accesories. Example: if you needed to buy a switch for say an amp or lights or something, you would have to paint the switch too. That would be a pain eventually if you kept adding stuff. I know for sure, the A Z near me sells green lighted switches. I dont think I have ever seen a purple toggle switch, ever.

But again, purple would be sick.

I generally prefer subtle (thus purple in this case), but Druidiron is right. Purple will be trickier and, oddly enough, purple is being done by more people than green. Superpickel is the only one I know of doing green while errol and Papa_Bear and someone else I believe are all doing purple.

And to answer your LED question, the window control is a 5mm LED and the the trac control button LED is an 0805 LED. Just be sure to get a flat 5mm LED for the window control or you'll have to do weird things to make it fit (see my thread)

ok i think i have decided to do... purple. when i first bought my car i was doing purple. then went green. and miss my purple that i believe looked much better! and i know there arent as many things purple as there are green. so some things will just have to get rigged.

one question. im think they will but im not for certain.
are the leds for the gauge swap for the tc2 the same as the tc1?
