Hi guys! I need help with cleaning my engine bay. I've cleaned my old Honda's engine bay with a degreaser (purple blaster). But with my 2012 Tc I'm just not sure how I'd go about cleaning it because the TC 2's don't have an engine cover. Is it safe to just clean it anyways or do I have to cover the whole engine? Has anyone cleaned their engine bay and if so how did you guys go about on doing it? products used? Thanks for any help!

 

its fine to clean as-is

just cover the usual suspects: battery, alternator, etc...

 

if you have a SRI or CAI cover that as well.
