o yea thats right! i think i just got a good quote, they wana do my headliner for $150 and my seats front and back for $700...what you think? i can choose the material i want and any design if i want any

That sounds like a great deal. What kind of material are they offering. Leather is great but $$$... You can get a good vinyl that looks/feels like leather but at a fraction of a cost. Just make sure that its a good quality. Vinyl is rated by a rub test; the cheaper ones wear out at 30k rubs while the good ones (like the one I went with) wear out at over 500k rubs. But for that price sounds like you're getting a good deal!

 

i think i am going to do it but after this car show in 2 weeks...well thats the thing i just have to go pick the material, color, and if i want any design on it for the same price =) i dont know if i want leather cuz when it gets hot (Texas gets HOT) then the seats are uncomfortable. how can you tell if its good vinyl??

 

Your installer should be able to give you specs on the quality of the material... The guy who's wrapping my seats showed me a bunch of different examples and then let me pick out any special designs. I just went with a bright silver stitching around the outside. I'm supposed to pick them up later this week.
