Go 18s man. You can lower the car more and it would look ****

 

lol thats true...but i also like the look of the lip of the rim being close to the fender, thats the only thing stopping me...im maxed out on my coils so i want to see how much a difference 18"s and 19"s would be to the 20"s i have

 

I think a 19 would look good too. Go with some deep lip and camber it, you'll be set.

Have you messed with you preload or taken out any perches on your coils yet? I'm sure you can still get lower if you really want. Go for 19s with your next set up bro. 19s with step lip is the best of both worlds! But if you're looking for some 18s, my Equips might be up for sale soon. lmk if you interested, perfect fitment for 2nd gen tC too!

Im talking about spring preload (tension) on your coilover. You have to turn it all the way down and take out perches to get lower. When you try that, then you can say you're maxed out I need to take a look at new tcs suspension, I know its a little different from the 1st gens.

 

What up !!!! So I'm on a price budget for suspension right now. I've had the H tech springs from Tein on my scion and it looked Sicc! Especially with my Five Axis body kit. I'm thinking about ordering the STech springs from Tein... Which go almost double the drop than the H tech. What do you guys think? Other option is keep saving for KSport coils, but for time being gotta look good. Here is a pic of it on the H tech springs.

Whats up Jandones09!! um well do you plan to go even lower in the future? if so i would save up money and go with the ksport. If you would be satisfied with the Tein springs then go with those bro but its worth the wait to save a lil more on what you want to do then buying temporary things =)

Tein S tech springs are only $180ish. I can throw them on in two hours so not to big of deal,then I can sell them. I just bought Cooper Zeon RS3-A tires also, and I'm looking for rims.

I had to get 15/25mm adapters making my offsets +3 and -7. But original specs are 18x10 +18 same as Josh's xd9.
