How to pass OBD2 emissions test? AEM EMS S2

Does anyone happen to know a way to pass an OBD2 emissions test while running an AEM EMS S2 straight exhaust without restrictions. I'm getting codes P0010, P0031, P0328. Im located at Nashville TN

AEM FIC would be your only option, with the stock O2's in place.
