Hey everyone, figured I have been putting it off too long so now its time for a build thread!

A little back story with the car; I drove a saturn ion with black 18's and megan racing exhaust so it was time for a new car and after my girlfriend had bought an 09, I wanted one too!

Stopping at the dealerships around here, no one had a manual '11 tC. SO! I have a few connections in Philadelphia so we checked out the dealerships down there and found the one I wanted, called in a deposit over the phone and flew down a few days later!

2011 Scion tC Manual 6 Speed in Classic Silver Metallic

Nothing was really done till this spring other than tinting the back windows when I first purchased the car.

When the winter was over I plasti dipped my wheels and then did teal over them.

Then shortly after lowered my car on Tein S-Techs, they are perfect to hold me over until KSports come into my life.

Drove down to Carlisle for the big show with work (ihatestickers.com). It was a huge cruise down that we sponsored, over 50 cars came down with us. Needless to say we won 1st for club. This is a shot I got on top of the hill when I was able to sneak away from our booth.

Got home from carlisle disappointed, got a lot of smack for my car. As I was standing next to it just hanging out people were talking ___ about it. Thanks guys i'm right here. Soo I painted my wheels black and took off all my stickers.

Nothing really happened until this week when my fog lights came in and got my front windows tinted. Will post a picture of that later. Have wheels on the way too!

Haters gonna Hate but i'm loving my car right now. I get compliments but then there are always those ignorant people that hate on it because its a scion tc :blah:. Oh well, im loving it!

They were talking SAMCK because you have a Stock looking outside w/ Stock Painted wheels...

Need to work on Exterior "look" & Lower your car a tad more.

i agree. i mean don't try to "fit in", but painting wheels and other cheap flashy mods should be held off, and save towards bigger/more reputable mods. everyone does have a different taste in style though.

but really- if thats your style, run it hard. like you said, haters gonna hate. :cool:

____ the haters man, I actually really liked those wheels. i think they looked good. But if your car makes you happy that's all that matters. I think Silver is generally a boring color but I must admit it looks great on the tc2's.

i feel you man on people talking smack. like out here in chicago the scion game is kinda rough. t i say save some cash for a front lip at least nd some good lookin rims drop it nd people will start kissin your behind complimenting you. do simple mods and your car will stand out in your area. but i have to say that color on ur stockies was nice its different nd thats wat u want. be a leader not a follower.

Only cheap mod was to paint my wheels to hold me off untill UPS brings my Xmas in July soon... Can only do so much when I'm trying to save all my money haha

There is only one other Stanced tc2 in my area thank god so competition isn't too bad haha but yeah I got wheels coming soon. My stock wheels will be nice and flashy for winter though haha

Rims look good. IMO I would take those stickers off. It would look 10 times cleaner without them.

Thanks! Ive gotten mixed reviews on the wheels, they are holding me over well. The stickers on the window have been re-done and less annoying looking. The bumper ones are hiding a bad boo boo. I work at ihatestickers.com, stickers are a must... advertisement...

u should sticker bomb the WHOLE car

I would take those stickers off and get another front bumper and sticker bomb the front bumper only and put it on.

hey bro haters gona hate! you gota live your lifestyle not theirs, there is always gona be ppl hating and loving your car but in the end its YOUR car so dont listen to them =) but its looking good! keep it up... have you thought about painting your wheel faces teal? since you were going with that color first
