My tc2 build thread

I bet it looks nicer w/o the splitter now
Why can't you post in the classified section yet? is there a post count restriction? if that's stopping you from selling then just visit some build threads and ask some questions, offer some constructive criticism, etc.

Yeah I can't post in classified cause they require you have a minimum of 50 post so that kinda stinks, and honestly I miss the splitter it really added a lot to the front styling but my next goal is the seibon carbon fiber kit

join this facebook group, and you can try selling the splitter there:
just search "TC2 parts for sale" on facebook and join it. once approved you can just post w/e you're selling.
I thought for sure you were going back to a stock body

So we figured out it's your brothers. There we go. No worries man. You could have just said, "Naw, it's my brother's" and that would have been cool. And yeah, people try and sell stuff in their build threads, sometimes it works if the right people are tuned it and apart of the conversation and asking about something, otherwise, they usually don't get much off of that.

I have the dezod green one.
I'm happy with it. I had to get a safety inspection done and I passed emissions, And overall with the cat it sounds really nice. I've had it on for 2k miles and no check engine light has ever come on at all.

That's still pretty sweet. I don't expect my car could do any better, but our track is opening up next weekend so I will be doing the same thing.
Gotta do one more run after that once I get my header in. Regardless of how fast or slow your car might have been, you know it was fun to go out there and beat the crap out of it :D

nice to see people on drag strips here. no 1/4 mile though?
icculus09, where in NJ did you find a drag strip? I can't find anything around my area, but i am in Bergen, far up north. I'd participate if i had a weekend car, but would like to know any locations of drag strips for the future, thanks.

1/4 mile track, so you get a chance to really have fun with your car. Just bring a helmet.

No problem. Its probably 30 minutes or so from me (Ft. Dix/Trenton).
@Bigtim...Just ordered my header today, I went with the weapon-r since my car is registered in Alabama and thus no inspections(plus its $200 cheaper than the green header). Keeping my stock manifold just in case though.
I will be in NC this May for a wedding. Let me find out where it is and maybe we can run down the highway one time of your down.

Cool that sounds great, I would have gone with a different header but I have an emissions standard and I didn't want to void my warranty, and maybe my local sciko chapter will be having a meet around the time you come to nc, let me know and we could maybe plan for it so you could maybe show up.

Last thing. Just got talked into the RS s-pipe. So my exhaust will be 100% complete with the header and s-pipe. Honest to goodness the unichip is worth is, so with the weapon-r, unichip, intake, s-pipe, and catback...my car is going to be one nasty n/a.
NOT moving to NC just for emissions. Will visit though since is gorgeous.
