I'm getting Tein springs till i like a coilover that's out, full TB Performance suspension, also in the works of ordering TMW shifter/bushings and debating baout wheels. Im looking for something really light weight like gramlights, but they have to be pretty. I show too. Debating on TRD intake or just doing mods to the stock one to increase airflow because im not a fan of CAI and SRs need heat wrap and a heat shield to be effective. Exhaust I haven't decided, I need to be CARB legal and my Civic had a test pipe, w/o a nice garage its a pain to swap exhaust ____ out for one day to pass emissions and then swap back. So far though that's my plan. Considering CF but if I do I want OEM style. Also when PTuning comes out w/ those battery treys I'm game. I want to make my tC under 3k w/o gutting the interior.

For prep I basically did exactly what scion202 did. Here are the steps.
I took it off, cleaned the grime off with Windex.
Sand the outside with 320 Grit sand paper until it was smooth and I got every area on the front. (Don't sand the back unless you plan on painting the back also which I would not recommend because I don't know how hot it gets on that side and because no one can see the backside.)
Rinse off the metal shavings from the sanding with acetone. (I poured the acetone onto a folded paper towel and rubbed it around till it was clean.
Rinse the acetone off with water.
I then hung it to a tree using hangers and the sprayed it. give 5-10 minutes between coats. I put four coats on but some more in different places i did not get well because of the angle it was hanging at.
The can says dry to the touch in 1 hour and wait 3 to handle it. For the first coats I let it dry for about 3 hours then for the touch up ones I let it dry for like 5 minutes and popped it back on the car and ran it for a bit.
