Can it be fixed...yes.
How...a body shop would likely cut out the damaged portion, including some surrounding area, and welding in new panels. Those hard creased dents on the rounded and panel lines would never pull out well. You could cut corners and hammer and pull it out as best as you can and then use body filler but it wouldn't be the 'right' fix.
Not something I'd try to fix in my driveway.
