I originally wanted the FR-S, but they're so hard find the one that you actually want.
Can't complain about the RS8.0 though! I'm satisfied

New RS8 owner here - number 1875 and I live in Seattle area. M/T, soon to have fogs & trd bbk. Within next week will have HID heads & fogs, all LED interior lights, window tint.
hope to have reverse lamp HID kit within next couple weeks. by end of year, hope to have intake and header. Next year wheels.
I have a big reputation to keep up here from my previous gen 1 xb so i got a lot of work to do.
now the bid question is do i do the OEM audio system or do my own system..

hi
I'm new to the forums -- Checking in #1376 in Nor-Cal, got it a little over 3 weeks ago. Front bumpers had no issues nor its underparts. Manual Transmission. Had to get Fog Lights as an additional option + alarm - just carpet mats as nothing else came with it as an addition.

Number 15xx checking in... Errrrrr.... Well kinda...
On my second commute with the new rs8.0 a buck decided he wanted to get a closer look at the new body kit. Unfortunately he didn't account for the fact that I was traveling at 70mph.
So the left side of the car will be about 400 miles newer than the right.
I should have her back by next Wednesday.

I am a potential RS 8.0 buyer and I have a question for you guys. I had a RS 5.0 and it was lowered just like the RS 8.0 is but the RS 5.0 had uneven tire wear even after getting it checked and re aligned at the dealer. Dealer basically told me that its hard to get it perfectly straight.
So my question is..how is the RS 8.0 with it being lowered with TRD springs? Is it driving straight if you let go of the wheel? Is there even or uneven tire wear?
Oh and if you guys have any additional convincing factors for me..feel free to let me know

Mine drives straight, if I let go of the wheel its fine, haven't noticed any uneven wear yet, if I do its going back to the dealer, This is my first Scion and so far so good. Really cute car. I get alot of compliments and I only know of 1 other person in my city with one..

#649 Auto w/ paddle shifters
bought stock but I am having dealership install:
TRD Big performance brakes
TRD sway bar set
TRD strut tower brace
OEM Audio+ reference 400CF (non RS 8.0) what they had in stock
Custom shop next door to install tint:
rear 3 windows 5%
doors 18%
windshield and both sunroofs 70%
was going to have 3 brakes lights tinted as well but I will hold off for a while
I bought it at Findlay Toyota in Henderson, NV
I traded in my 2007 (purchased March of 2006) FJ Cruiser
I was the 4th person in Las Vegas to own a FJ Cruiser. Talk about broken necks...
my daughter had a 07 TC, I did kind of enjoy driving that little car. I suppose that is why I bought mine. I got lucky that my dealership was able to get another dealers alocation. They had sold their last 1 over 2 months ago. They brought it in just for me. When it arrived at the dealership, all the salesmen tried to sell it. But it was SOLD!

Number 1357 checking in from holiday fl mines came with mats foglights tint regular radio which isn't bad at all just that the speakers suck mines is a manual and from what my dealership told me there are only 4 left in the whole country they have one in auto automatic
left sitting there waiting to be sold it drives really good compared to my 06 that now I'm building. It's stock as of now but working on some sponsorships I will be at scion exposed in Tampa on April we should try to get a bunch of us down to do a big rollout that would be sweet.
