Default How to take off rear Caliper?

How to change out rear calipers? These are different than TC1 therefore I'm a little confused. The main thing that has me going is what you do with the emergency wire the whole attachment has to be taken off the caliper. Im guessing you need a special tool to go inside that round bolt at the back so you can turn it and take it off. Then a 13mm wrench to take off the nut along side that round bolt.

Any pics by chance?

13mm on a scion?? I work on cars for a living and honestly if you don't know what your doing I wouldn't start by practicing on your brakes. You don't want to strip anything or overtighten or undertighten anything as you can really do some damage if you don't have the experience. Find someone who knows how and let them show you. You don't want to get in a wreck cuz you didn't tighten a bolt property and it fell out or broke on you. Just a heads up. And there is no 13mm on our cars anywhere. So it's probably a 12mm and a 13 will strip it.

Upgrading brakes I hope. IMHO I'd do the fronts and just pay to do the rears. There's a lot of safety in proper lifting the car, installation, handling and disposal of toxic materials.

3. DISCONNECT REAR FLEXIBLE HOSE LH
(a) Remove the union bolt and gasket.
(b) Disconnect the flexible hose from the brake cylinder.

This procedure also requires the removal of another round bolt which looks like you need some form of Hex Key. Although I haven't actually done it, I thought I'd ask first since I haven't had much time.
