I would recommend Eibach...they make a great product. I've got the TRD springs and bars on my car. You will find that the shocks are too weak for even the TRD springs. Eventually I will go with the TEIN coil-overs.

SWAY BARS(f/r)
Pro
Reduce Body roll. Thicker, the better.

Con
You may need to upgrade the endinks because stock endlinks can't handle the stress.

SPRINGS
Pro
Lowers the car
Minimum increase in handling performance

Con
May need Shocks/Struts upgrades: stock will not be cable of harder cornering
Stock Shocks/Struts may be damaged due to stress on lowered car.

COILOVERS
Pro
Increase handling drastically
Adjustable height and Dampening

Con
Cost
need camber readjustment kit.
