Default Anyone done 20" rims on their tC2?

Guys and Gals. I've searched and searched until I was exhausted and I can't find any pics or threads on tC's that have 20" rims. Is it possible? If not what about 19s. I've only found one thread for the 19s and there aren't a lot of pics or info.

I don't want to lower the car and filling the large OEM wheel gap with a 20" rim and meaty tire is what I aim to accomplish.

Any advice opinions or pics would be appreciated!

Most of us look to go low. 20's are too big in my opinion. 19x8.5 +35 will fit and look nice. You can still drop a bit with those too and have decent ground clearance.

Thanks for the info metal. I guess that makes sense regarding the 20's being too big as it is a small car.

So I wonder if there is a 19" wheel thread around somewhere although I couldn't find one?

19x9.5's

I went back and forth numerous times trying decide between 20's and 19's... Though kontrolled's car looks sick with the 20's. Alot depends on the style you're looking at imo

they are prototypes from a company founded by a friend of mine (which has since closed)..they were never mass produced (only 2 made) so they don't even have a model name. so no, not in 19s

Liking those rims your tC has on!!! Looks sick. Keep it up.

That black tC on 20's looks hot. Wonder what tires he is running with those. Probably super-low profile

Looks nice and simple. I always had a preference for black cars on black rims.

Hi,

I would go with 19's since 20's are bigger and can be heavier depending on the material. But is just personal choice. Just check width, specifications, and tire size to help make your decision. Some good websites: TireRack.com, DiscountTireDirect.com, SuperBuyTires.com

Good luck deciding bro!
