Plastidipped wheels

So I am considering doing a plastidip mod to my wheels...I am debating about going orange with their mix kit, its a bit flashy but with the nautical blue I think it will look great. This is just going to be temporary until I can get my hands on the wheels I want. What do you guys think? Any tips before I dive into this project?

I recently plastidip'ed my stock wheels white. It took no time at all to get dirty, and the plastidip does not come clean. I will be pulling it off soon. On a positive note, for 50 bucks I know that white wheels on my car is the look I am going for, and will be searching for the right ones.

After so many good reviews and DIY vids I did last week on one side to see how it looked and held, but after 3 days I took it off because I didn't like it that much, but that's just my personal opinion. If you have time I say go for it because is cheap and easy to reverse if you don't like it.

If you guys got your plastidip from dipyourcar.com. I was wondering roughly how many cans of plastidip would I need for four coats? And I'm assuming I would only need one coat of glossifier if I didn't like the flat black look.

I got mine from homedepot. 1 can ($5.95) per wheel.

^This. They stock only black though in store, yet I've seen posts that one can order six-pack cans in color of choice.

^^through online stores, plasti dip (officially) comes in the following colors: Yellow, White, Red, Clear, Blue, Black

and FWIW, Black is sold the cheapest at HD
White and Clear I bought on Amazon

other colors I never checked

Ordered from them the 3 can bundle of black and glossifier and sprayed my fiance's gen coupe 19's and the 3 cans of each were more then enough.
