Spare tire

Trying to find a replacement tire for my donut, but apparently nobody makes this size anymore... 145/80-16

Does anybody know either where I can get one, or if a larger wheel/tire will fit in the spare hole?

You should be able to go a size or 2 taller (and maybe a size skinnier if you do to make up for the added width perspective), but I wouldn't go any wider if you want the cover to fit flat.

Yeah, guy at Discount Tire said closest he could get was a 180/90-16, but doesn't know if it'd fit the spare wheel well
