Is it safe to assume xxr 530 18x8.75 +33 offset with 245/40/18 tires all around will fit perfectly fine lowered with TRD springs?

12BlacktC2 Are those pics coming pony express or what? I just need a closer shot of the wheel area. Im not looking for anything special. I really want to see how concave the wheel is and how it racks up with the fender.

And here's a quick shot. I just added 15mm spacers all the way around. Original rim size is a 19x9.5 et45 now pushed out an extra 15mm basically making it a et30.

Are you going to add a rear camber kit to the back? Also with that much tire directly under the fender, I'd assume you'd have to really stiffen the suspension so the tire doesn't hit the fenders. Kind of kills the comfort eh.

I do need a rear camber kit; also probably going to have to roll the fenders.... Close right now but I haven't had it out on the street to test it. My seats are due back next week so I can get it back on the road.

And yeah I've got the suspension pretty well tweaked. I'll fine tune it once I get to take the car out again but I know its going to be tight. I built it for looks and performance; unfortunately comfort had to be sacrificed... Luckily it's not my daily driver otherwise I probably never would have taken it this far.

Definitely can be done. Depends on what width/style ur going for. 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 with a lower offset would look sick...

I respect your view, but the TC is a "TOURING COUPE" its meant to be modified/different not for drag racing or any kind of racing. I rather have something simple with style at the same time appealing to the eye. Jst my .02cents

The nice part of customizing your car is the ability to make it look however you choose. Understandably; sometimes we make certain sacrifices to achieve a different goal. But that's a personal choice based on personal preferences. In my opinion; if you want a certain look - go for it! Don't build it for anyone else's preferences...

actually, oblivion is right. the purpose of a staggered setup is about function for RWD cars...there is no function if u stagger a FWD car. so in a sense, to stagger is just to achieve the look and not the function that RWD cars have, hence posing.

not saying its a bad thing...but it is what it is. staggered setups do look good and if u want to go with then go for it.

also...TC does not stand for "touring coupe" technically the tc isn't even a coupe...its a 3-door hatchback. and the tC is called a tC because "xC" (ex. xA, xB) was already taken in the USDM by Volvo

Hey guys,

Looking at a new set of rims. 18x8 in the front with a 35 offset which i know will be fine, it will have 1.5 inch lip and in the rear 18x9 30 offset and 3 inch lip.

Is this possible without rolling the fenders?

Also forgot to say, dropped on H tech's. Soon to be on coilovers

Juancho: o nice bro, im on 225 in the front and 245 in the rear stretched

Yardlytc: yea you should be good bro no worries. you can just slap those on and you wont have problems with rubing or anything. no fender rolling needed

12BlacktC2 do you have any fender clearance shots of the front wheel since all you linked was the rear? I want to see how far the wheel is sticking out beyond the fender.
