^^thanks for the correction KIDJUSTIN...and caliper clearance just depends on the wheel you get...some are made with the spokes closer to the brakes while others bend outward more.

Thanks guys!! Most likely ill go with a 17x9.5 with a 35 offset. And if I need any more I can always fine tune with spacers. Ill post some pics up once I get them all mounted up

Changed my mind to 18x9.5 +38 and no stretch tires.

I'm looking at buying some Privat Legende wheels 19x8.5 im looking for an aggressive stanced look, im lowered on tein s-techs, i dont want to roll my fenders. Can it be done? What tire size would be ideal for fitment? The rims come in 30 and 40 offsets.

what kind of wheel sizes are people usin that are lowered? im lookin at a couple wheels, all 18x7.5+20 for fronts and 18.8.5(or 8.75)+33(or35) in the rear

being used with eibach sportlines, just wanna know if anyone using similar sizes ran into any issues or had to modify anything, will be used with factory tires

i believe the setup i posted in the post just above yours should work, the reason i posted in this thread just because i wanted to double check before i went and bought those offsets and widths, making sure they worked when lowered, cause one of the wheels i was considering was the xxr527, others were xxr530 and the konig deception

You should be fine with either one though the front will be close. I'm running 19x9.5 et45 front and the same in the rear except with 15mm spacers added... Takes the rear to a 19x9.5 et30. They rubbed in the front way too much. And I'm dropped on D2 coilovers...

18x8.5 et35 would work but if youre running the stock tires on that rim youre gonna have a little stretch since the stock 225's are on 7.5" wide rims

That setup will give you a nice tuck depending on your drop. I'm running 245's on 9.5" wide rims and they fit perfectly

I purchased the spacers on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/230925320872

and then added the hub rings since my rims have a 73.1 bore http://www.ebay.com/itm/330869624815

basically going from the stock hub bore of 60.1 to my rim size of 73.1...

I also just ordered 5mm spacers for the fronts since the 15's were too big...

After reading this whole thread it seems like 18x9.5 35mm fit flush with a medium drop of like 1.5". What tires can i get away with and not roll the fenders? Can i get a 255 40 or a 265 40 in there on tien SS's?

I went with a 245/35x19 Hankook Ventus Evo V12's - no stretch at all on my 9.5" rims. Be careful which tire you go with because the actual tread width can vary tire to tire. Tirerack is convenient b/c they list most of the tread widths in the specs for each tire. You should be able to fit a 255 though it would be tight in the front. I was rubbing with my set up when I added 15mm spacers to a 45 offset. You're probably going to have to roll the front fenders running a 18x9.5 et35... It will be pretty flush but super close...

It was a spec that I asked prior to purchasing the rims. Most of the websites will provide rim size, bolt pattern, offset and bore. If not its good to ask
