Will This Wheel fit? (Guide to Offsets and more)..

You'll need an inner diameter of 60.1 (the stock hub bore) and an outer diameter of 73 (the hub bore of the rim). I went back and forth on whether to use plastic or aluminum. Ultimately I went with the plastic... I felt that with that many moving parts (even torqued to spec) hub/ring/spacer/rim the plastic would fit better if there were any microscopic imperfections... I'm sure whichever you went with would be fine. I bought mine here:

I didn't buy mine directly from Five Axis. I actually got a deal on the set of 4 from a guy on ebay. They weren't a direct fit to the tC2; thats why I had to go with the hub ring/spacer set up. I believe, and I may be wrong but, if you buy it directly from Five Axis they would come with the correct hub bore negating the need for hub rings. I knew that as long as I could correctly figure the backspacing and the bolt pattern was correct I could make them fit...
As for spacers; you'd need a outer diameter of 75mm based on the Enkei size chart with a inner diameter of 60.1. You should be able to find them on eBay or 1010 should have them also.
As for fender rolling; I haven't rolled my fenders and I'm running a 15mm spacer in the rear on a 45mm offset (in essence bringing the offset down to 30mm) so you should be good there. If anything you could add a 5mm spacer if you wanted to fill in the wheel gap. For the front it should bolt right up but you might have to roll the fenders. With the 45mm offset on mine with no spacer I'm not rubbing, and have about 8-10mm of gap between the tire and the fender. That's one that you'll have to try and drive it.
Are you dropped? If you're riding on stock springs you should be fine. I'm lowered on D2's so it may be slightly different. Also since you're running 18" rims and I'm on 19's there may be a slight difference in overall diameter...
Hope this helps. Good luck and we better see some pics!
You might want to double check your sizing... Enkei lists on their website the 18x9.5 et38 only comes in a hub bore of 75. I was looking just to see what the rims looked like. The size chart for the GTC01 is here: http://www.enkei.com/size_chart/GTC01.pdf

12BlackTC2 how is your turning radius with the 9.5" wide front wheel with and without the 5mm spacer? Are you able to lock out completely or does the wheel hit something?
Lastly how would the ride quality be if you were to just be at a finger gap of spacing on your 245/35?

The tires provide awesome grip though I haven't had a lot of time since I've got less than 200 miles since I added the drop/rims/tires... Its tough to compare ride quality of the tires since the suspension is so much firmer with the coilovers. This isn't my daily driver... Once the weather breaks in upstate NY I'll spend some more time fine tuning the suspension. I've strictly added the spacers for aesthetic appeal...
I haven't put on the the 5mm spacers yet... They should arrive sometime this week. Without the spacers I can go from full lock to full lock with no rubbing/hitting anything. The 15mm spacers in the rear make a perfect fit on the 19x9.5 et45 rims.

I will take pics of how it looks when I have the rear camber installed.
I just recently bought five axis wheels the same exact size as yours. After fitting them on I've realized that you don't need spacers at all. They are already flushed to the fender providing you have camber adjustments at the front and rear. My meganracing coilovers have from camber adjustments, but not the rear. I am getting xtec for the rear. Without the camber kit, the wheels will seem to have a gab beneath the fender which a spacer would fix, however you'd be wearing out your tire that way.

If your front wheels are 19"e22 and not 19.5"e22 at neutral camber then that could be the reason why yours are naturally flush at the front. With my 9.5"e45 at neutral camber, It's virtually flush as it is. However I can still add a 5mm spacer without it protruding. That 5mm to me is extremely minor.
Your rear however being 10.5" e22 at neutral camber will easily protrude beyond the fender. You may as well just keep it at negative camber.
Then again I doubt you are worried much about tire wear to begin with since you went with the staggered look. To each his own I guess.

A quick update... I added the 5mm spacers and have encountered some minor rubbing in the front. I've put about 500 miles on the car since I installed the drop/rims&tires so it seems to be settling in pretty good. I've made arrangements with a guy locally to roll the fenders. The ride quality is stiff as expected; but I'm extremely happy with the performance of the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo's
so after a lot of thinking on size/offset im gonna do xxr 530s 18x8.75+33 front, and 18x8.75+20 rear, im dropped on eibach sportlines (1.5f 1.7r iirc) will be using stock tires... i shouldnt have an issue with any rubbing in the front or rear correct? i won't be adding spacers or anything
decided to bite the bullet and ordered fresh 18x9 +35 ENKEI RPF1s from Paul @ Dezod Motorsports. STOCK = 26.5 LBS vs RPF1 18.4 LBS. Needless to say i am butt-siced about losing 8+ LBS of weight on each corner!
