Will This Wheel fit? (Guide to Offsets and more)..
35th Anniversary GTI wheels

18x8
+40
73.1 center bore and i added centric rings
just so some people can understand, my old wheels were a 18x8 with +42 offset. this is what the rear wheel looks like: I really regret getting this size and offset. so if you are looking for anything higher in offset you are going to be more tucked in. The lower the offset the closer the wheel will be to being flush and the fender. My new wheels are going to be 18x8.5 with a +35 offset. I also have a 15mm spacer if im not 100 percent happy with the look.

I've been looking at a setup and I think it should look and fit right, but I'd like your opinions...
rims: 19x9.5 et35
tires: 245/35 19
(same rim/tire size on all corners)
suspension: eibach sportlines
Opinions on fitment in regards to flushness, rubbing, stance, etc.??
I dont't really want to use spacers. And I plan to fix the rear camber issue with a-ruca's

actually sounds about right if you want to be flushed, how low do the eibachs go again? that way I can get a better picture..but if its around 1 to 2 inches you wont have to worry about rubbing or anything =)
Yeah they are 1.3" for the front and 1.7" for the rear. In fact, I forgot to mention the actually rim in the post but they are the same rims as 12BlackTC2 has (Five Axis R5:F). But instead of an offset of 45, they are 35.
He went with Hankook Evo V12's. I don't know which tire I will go with, but I at least know the size of the tire. The Evo V12's look good though...good performance for the price. This car is just for daily driving and since I'm in Northern Alabama there's not much of a winter so a summer tire will be fine. Plus my drive to work is maybe 2.5 miles, so 5 miles round trip...the car barely has time to really warm up before I get there lol

lol I wish I worked that close! but yea the size and offset sounds good bro, if anything maybe you can go with a 30 offset in the rear because the rear is always wider if you want to sit flush and no spacers
So I think someone said yes to this guy but not sure. I'm on S-Techs myself. I'm only looking to go with 18x8 or 18x8.5 with a 30 offset being the lowest. Will that work with no rolling whatsoever? Not really worried about the flush look. Just the wheels I like seem to be more of that fitment. Thank you.
I know. I wish that the rims were only 8.5 wide, but it's a staggered set. We'll see what happens as I am not buying them now.
Hi guys! I would like to know if these will fit? I like flush, I don't like hella or any different than straight to the fender. I will use same tires as stock. Your help will be appreciated.
