Will This Wheel fit? (Guide to Offsets and more)..
18x9.5 +38 offset
Lowered on Eibach sport line
1.3 front 1.7 rear.
I figure I'm going to have to roll my fenders but wondering if the offset will will have my flush or odd looking

Not sure since I'm still new to the tC set up but 205-225 I'd say would be a start but id say wait for the experienced members to log on and say what they recommend.

But you will have to roll fenders. The S-Tech do drop a lot and being at a +20 offset you are gonna poke out a lot.

Could you also recommend tire size for them?
33 you'll be good since it's closer to stock offset. That's why I'm going with 38 since that is stock but going with a rim that's 1.5" wider. The rear there is more room to work with.
You'll still have to roll the front fenders but no where near the work you'd have to do as with a 20 offset

I'm trying to see if my friends stock 2010 lancer wheels will fit on my tc for snows.
Stock ride height
Pitch Center Diameter- 5x114.3
Wheel size- 18x7
Offset- 46mm
Hub- 67mm
Tire size- 215/45-18
Can I make this fit ?

wow the lancer has such a small wheel.
think of it this way, as posted on the first post, the stock tC2 wheel is 18x7.5+39
the hub is a different size though, so you will need at least hub rings

I'm looking to get a set of Rota Grids (18x9.5, et 35), wrapped in 225/45, but have no clue as to whether I will have proper fitment, or whether I'll have to worry about excessive rubbing. Currently I'm dropped on Megan coilovers with a 3 inch drop in the rear and just under 3 inches in the front; Max camber adjustment in the front is 2.5 inches. Ideally, I don't want to have to roll my fenders. Any thoughts, suggestions, picture examples?
I always thought the offset impacts the fenders not the width and the width only affect the inner fender (offset permitting).
Can you confirm?

This is true. That's why i said "offset permitting"
His concern were the fenders. Roll or not.
Let's say its a stretched tire and no fender gap set up.
18 x 9.5 +40 will be sunk in. The concern now will the inner wheel well, correct?

yes. but if he's worried about back space...you can either get a wheel that is 18x8.5+40 or go with a smaller offset like 18x9.5+30
both will give u the same results more or less
so you can't really say...this spec will determine this or that spec will determine that. they work together. (and i'm not saying ur wrong...because ur not...but to me saying "offset permitting" is just a confusing way to say they both work together)

I am trying to buy some new wheels 19" str 601 and I want to get 9.5" wide I was wondering if this is can be done. not sure on an offset or tire size to chose. The rims have a 2.75" lip I'm lowered on stechs and willing to roll fenders if necessary and I want it to be flush with the fenders maybe a little poke. I was considering to do staggered with 8.5 in front with 35 offset and 9.5 in rear with same offset I'm just not sure what that would look like. Can anyone help me out a bit? Thanks
1. Rim size and offset - 18x8.75 +33 (front), 18x8.75 +20 (rear)
2. Tire size - Recommend one please for fitment?
3. Suspension Setup(Spring/Coils) and drop: Tein S-Tech
4. Willing/Rolled Fenders? No but willing if needed

225/40/18. i think that this would be safe and it would clear very easily. I have a 3 inch drop with a similar wheel set up. i had to drop down to a 225/40 to ensure i stopped rubbing. you will be very close in the rear with a 20 offset. i have a 18x8.5 w/25 offset.
Would this size wheels fit on 2014 tC, and if they do, which offset/tires to choose for flush look?
