Looking at the XXR 531 Hyper Silver on my '13 tC2
http://www.nlmotoring.com/XXR-531-Wh...p/53189543.htm
I'm not looking to ever lower the car but want to fill the wheel wells up with the widest (nice lip) and meatiest tire.
I HATE the tucked look stretched wheel look and I'm looking to get at least flush or possibly a little amount of poke would be fine.
That said they make this rim in +35 and +22. I would like to do the 18x9.5 (+22) with possibly a 255/40/18
Would this work for what I'm looking for?

that wide with that offset would definitely poke. it will fit if you don't lower it since the fender will just go over. however it will look like this....(Mexiflush)

If you want to fit it under the fender you need to do one (if not both)...increase Camber and/or Fender Roll...it would look more like Hellaflush in the diagram above
also since the front fender is about 12mm (or more since you have to turn the wheel while steering) less space than the rear, even more adjustments need to be made to make it clear
Suggestion: go with the +35 the rear you will have not problem, but you will still need to possibly do minor fender work in the front (and/or Camber)
Tire: 255 is too wide for a 9.5...go with a 245
The Wider the tire on the wheel...the more Clearance you need to account for within the fenders.

I am looking to buy a set of xxr 521. Need help on fitment. I am going to lower my car on tein s tech. I dont want spacers or fender rolling but i want somewhat of a flush look. Will 18 x 8.5 +30 work? Or should i go with a different offset. Will it rub? I will be using stock tires.
RIM
1. 18x8.75
2. +33mm offset
3. 5x114.3
4. I don't want to roll fenders and I don't want to rub at all
Tires will be 235/40/18
I am on TRD Springs. Will I be OK?
I don't really understand much about wheel fitment.
I want to be flush but am OK if it tucks a little.

what about +20 offset?
I was looking at some XXR 530's
My question is I want a flushed look with out rubbing and dont want to stretch tires or roll my fenders because I am stationed in a place that NO ONE
is willing to stretch tires and I don't feel comfortable rolling my fenders and no one can roll them here. I was thinking of 225/40 or 235/40 tire
Thank you in advance.

With TRD Springs you'll be high enough that you won't rub so stretching or rolling are unneeded. I'm a tad lower and I don't have any issues.
I'm tired so can't say for sure but I think 20 might cause you to poke out a little. 235/40 you'll be fine from touching the fender though.

So I've ordered some XXR 521 18x8.5 +25
I'm currently on S-Techs but I've got K-Sport coils ordered also.
I'd prefer not to roll fenders but I will if I have to.
What size tire should I get / how am I sitting?

I've never bought aftermarket wheels before. I have read this entire thread and only found one other set of wheels with the se specs but that car was lowered. Looking for my 11 tC.
Wheels are:
ESR SR02
18 x 8.5
ET 30
5x114.3
Tires are 225/45-18
Stock suspension
Don't want to roll fenders
Thanks for helping.
