Alright, so.. I got a crazy bug to do some retrofitting for my Scion xA's headlights.. Checking around at different sites for retrofitting and different kits.. Most running around 500 dollars for the kits. So.. after some research and lots of video watching and studying.. I've found the pieces for my own kit. If anyone has some input, I'd love some ideas.
So.. for my projectors I've found these for my retrofit-

And have plan on using an HID kit from HID Extra.

And I do believe.. After watching this how to.. I can do it..

So.. Any thoughts? Am I mad? Should I hang it up and forget about it and just live with an HID kit by itself.
If it goes over well, would anyone be interested in picking up a set of Headlights? Thanks for the info!

The projectors you linked to on eBay aren't HID projectors.
You will need HID projectors, not halogen projectors.
Most if not all HID projectors use D2S sized HID bulbs.
If I remember correctly, the only halogen projector suitable for retrofitting are Valeo H7 projectors, but they night be hard to find now.

definitely stay away from those projectors, the output will probably be worse then oem halogens!
look for OEM HID projectors that are taken out of factory headlights, for example the two most common TSX projectors, and FX35 projectors, just search those on ebay and you will see what i mean.
in the meantime before you decide to tackle this on your own hit up www.theretrofitsource.com and www.hidplanet.com , join their forums and read up!
