Im gone to explain the retro fit process I use on My Scion xA i dont have to much photos but im gone to do my best explaining the process.

Parts

*Morimoto D2S 2.0 Buy it on Ebay from (nyc-retro-guru)
*Retro fit sorce bullet shroud and centric ring
*HID Kit Ebay bixenon 55w
*JB Weld
* 1 can of spray on the color of your choice
* D2S conector

1. Put the headlight on the oven at 225 degrees for 12 min. With a flat head screw driver put it between the housing and the headlight cover after you tajke apart that first part look like this one.



2 I coose to paint the back of the housing black



3 Remove the part than reflect the light back in to the haedlight



4 Then install the projector in the orther of the picture on the headlight the las part between the rubber washer an the metal lock ring go the D2S bulb. Thight every part on the headlight.





5 After thigh everything you put the sroud witht JB weld arround the shroud centric ring put it on the projector.



6 The final product is like this you dont need to cut or fix the adjusment of your headlight



assembly:

Put it on the oven at 200 degrees for 8 min take the headligth out put the plastic clear part on the headlight make a little bit of pressure and you done it suppose to take like 2 Hrs installing everything and put it on the car. the high beam also work the two cables the projector have is for that and you need to put it on the high beam conector of the bixenon aftermarket wiring harness theat comes on the HID kit you dont use the lights of the kit.
