I'm unable to locate the "Cylinder Block Drain **** Sub-assembly" on my 2004 Scion xa. I've consulted three sources and each one shows it at a different location on the engine! Does anybody now where this drain unit is located?

it's either behind the intake manifold or the exhaust manifold is all i know

In this picture above, it's that gold "Y" bolt in the middle. It's just a bolt that is screwed into your block with a "Y" coming off the bolt. Just look for that. There isn't a lot of bolts in your block so it will not be hard to find.
