I have a Scion 2005 xA that when I woke up today and tried to start it just turned over and periodically it sounds like it's starting very rough. But it never actually runs. Any idea what could be wrong or a list of things I could check?

The check engine light did come on a while back and I ran the codes and they were: P0442, P0441, P0446 but I figured they were most likely due to the gas cap.

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.

Jet, you first need to verify that the engine is getting fuel and ignition spark at plugs. Without knowing if you have modded the engine the other possibility would be crank position sensor. Try pulling codes again to see if any new codes are stored..
