My right rear turn signal is not working and the front right turn signal is blinking fast. I changed the bulb and it's still not working. I switched the bulb and socket to the left side and the bulb and socket still works on left side but not right side. This led me to get a flasher relay when I changed that it still wasn't working. It doesn't matter if I have hazards on the right rear side doesn't work. Any thoughts or others with previous experiences?

sounds like a wiring issue
