The bushings are the same for the xA and xB.

didn't realize i was out of my fishbowl. just seemed like something cool. i like all scions.

 

So.... These are mounting bushings for the gear shift assembly? Not bushings for the levers and linkages? I just seem a bit confused, maybe with cables, you do not need the tradational bushings, but why is the shifter mounted on rubber like that?

 

the bushings for the levers and linkage is one of the best upgrades ever!

its a noticeable mod from the get go! just like a header! money well spent!

 

I love my A.KARPiAK shifter base bushings. I also have custom KARTBOY shift linkage bushings. These small upgrades make a big difference when it comes to everyday spirited driving... :D

 

Is there any advantage to getting the trd shifter vs these bushings then?

I guess my two problems are that I want to get addressed from an upgrade is entering reverse without partly releasing the clutch and getting it into third as needed. I love 3rd gear for engine braking and 25-35 mph zones, but half the time it will not go on first try and I must try twice or third times to get it in that slot.
