Interior Rattles in The XA

Hey All,

I have read all the posts regarding interior rattling in the XB, and also have read the Toyota Main Bulletin regarding the 5 causes and fixes, but I have some of the same problems with "Ratttling" in My XA.

I make sure the back seats are fully locked into place, remove the teneau cover altoether, and I still hear a few rattles. One comes from the back passanger side somewhere, one in/near the glove box, and one near the center console.

Since the two cars use many of the same parts, couldn't these problems plague the XA's as well?

I would love to hear feedback from XA owners to see if they have noticed any these things, and what they did to address the problem........other than turning the stereo up!! :P

I have the same problem.

I just turn up the stereo.

The only rattle I have noticed from the back of my Xa is from the seatbelt clip rattling against the plastic trim on a rough road. My wife complains about other rattles occasionally but I have not heard them yet.

*chuckle* anyway, as for the rattles the only one I have is inside the driver's side door, but then again I haven't looked into the bulletins lately...

Mine has various rattles, but my suspension is so stiff I know that it is inevitable. I ignore them and avoid potholes, lol.

My xB used to rattle from the passenger side door when the bass hit, and it may or may not still do it...I can't tell if the problem went away or if I just stopped noticing.

All you have to do is hit the volume up button!
