Default Maintance Required Light

This light is flashing on my dash and it was time for an oil change. So I took it in and had the oil changed and they didn't reset the light. How do I reset the light?

Usually.. you switch the odometer over to the actual miles, shut the car off.. hold the trip switch down and start your car. Keep holding the switch down and the odometer should change to little dashes, hold it down until they are done blinking and go back to the odometer reading. Tada.. if that doesn't work... read the owners manual..

this is how to do it, but you don't need to start the car, merely turn it to the ON position.
