What do I need to remove in order to replace the driver side window belt molding (the exterior door/window seal with the felt). My wife's XA molding is shot and needs to be replaced. Any help is appreciated.

 

did you ever get this done? i need to do the same. got the parts in, but not sure how to remove the old ones.

 

I removed the 2 rear window seals. All I did was pull them up and they came out.

 

i hoped it would be that easy, but the directions in the repair manual have me taking off the inside door panel and the corner of the window where the tweeter is and all kinds of other stuff.

EDIT: I am taking about the front drivers side window, if anyone has any experience with that one
