Default 1NZ-FE: Stock sensor types? Crank position, MAF, etc.

I am working on a Megasquirt to manage my xA's engine. I need info about the stock sensors to see whether I can use them with the MS, otherwise, I will have to replace or add new ones. Replacing or adding is easier, but could make switching back to the stock ECU difficult.
I have the wiring manual, but that only helps get a basic idea of things and the wire colours.

Right now, I need info on the tach output: the Crankshaft Position Sensor.
I need to know whether it is a Hall Effect, Variable Reluctance, Optical, etc. type of sensor.

Anybody here have any info or know where I could get it?

If you have info on other parts of the engine, such as EGO, TPS, and fuel injectors, please speak up.

Thanks
