Car starts but when I put it in reverse or drive it sound like it's going to die out. I have to gas it to keep the idle up, then when I'm driving there's no power when I floor it. Sounds like a WRX when I floor it but it doesn't kick in. Need some help if anyone has any ideas

How are your spark plugs? if you have more than 30K on stock plugs, you need to check them
