I searched the 2006 owners manual for details on checking and adding automatic transmission fluid but could not find anyting!

Do I check the trans fluid with the engine running?
Should the XB be in park or neutral?
There are 2 sets of indicators oo the trand dip stick. Why?

Finally how do I add fluid? Do I pour it down the dip stick tube?

I have driven manual transmission cars my whole life. This is my first automatic.

With 20k on the XB - I still love it.
