06 xB, not Data link, no Instrument cluster, no Radio or Warning lights..
New alternator and Battery. Alt shows 1.9v. Battery at 13.5v at rest but 12.15v when running. No tack or fuel gauge activity. Radio and ODO are blank.
No idiot lights except when I rev the motor it dimly flashes the idiot lights. Nothing from Data link. All fuses look good. Out of ideas. Help.

Where did you get the alternator? Your running battery voltage should be 13.5 to 13.8, particularly since it's new. 12.15 suggests the alternator isn't charging the battery very much, if any at all.
If needed, AutoZone can test your alternator for free.

Issue resolved
Found my main 50A buss was blown. My son neglected to tell me he arched the positive on the alternator when installing because he forgot to disconnect the battery. With the radio and data link not working and the alternator only registering if I rev the motor I started doing resistance tests on the main buss relay. Sure enough, bad. Picked up a new one and everything works as normal.
