Default Borla Axle-back Exhaust

I just received my Borla Axle-back Exhaust. It looks and sounds great. It took me less than 45 minutes to put it on and that counts walking out of my front door with it in hand and walking back in to clean up. I used my Canon digital camera to make a video file of how it sounds. I'm surprised the built in mic picked it up so clearly. I'd post it but I need somewhere that'll take an 11.3 MB file for free.

I know there are vendors here trying to make money but I have to give credit where credit is due. I purchased this system from adaracinginovations on Ebay. The price was great and I received it in 6 days in perfect condition.

I reformatted the file into .WMV and cut some off which made it very small. Click the link to see and hear. I put the file into a new yahoo group for Scion XBs.

Sounds awesome. How much did you pay for the setup?

$284.95 and that includes S&H. I just checked E-bay and they have several more to sell.

Any noticeable power increase? Or does it just sound better?

I started playing with the clip a bit more and converted a longer segment.

The exhaust seems to have smoothed the lower end some and made it a tad peppier. I didn't try out anything on the top end until the ride home this evening and it's hot and humid out which kills the power so either the heat killed some pull on the top or the exhaust did which isn't right.

It sounds great while driving. With the windows up you can just barely here it with the radio volume very low. With the windows down it is much more pronounced under acceleration and deceleration but that's why we put these things on to begin with. It still gets very quiet when cruising.
