Code P0037 -2005 Scion xB
I recently purchased a 2005 Scion, The PO claims it has a lower mile motor on it, and the rest has 230k.
Anyway, the engine bay was pretty dirty so I decided to wash it, using light degreaser, the engine was cool and didn't use any pressure or point is specifically at anything. I've washed several engines without issue before hand.
After a little bit of driving thee VSC, Trac off and Check engine light came on. Car was running fine, no funny smells noises, etc. I pulled the code and it's a Code P0037 "Heated oxygen sensor 2, bank 1, heater control - circuit low"
Any idea of a little bit of water and cleaner would cause this? Does this mean I need to replace the sensor? Where is it located?
