Default DC Sport Exhaust

Got the 2.0 release and it has the DC sport muffler. It comes with an extra baffle to make it quieter.

Is the baffle even necessary at all?

I'm sporting the same exhaust. I yanked that sucker out!

The dealer had the louder of the two silencers installed. I do have to say, the exhaust sounds much heftier without the silencer. Without the silencer, mine gets those little pops that you hear when tuned cars decelerate.

It is louder without the baffle, but try em all and see what fits for you.

To me it sounds better with it out. Im not putting the smaller one in. Its not that loud to begin with. I am used to the sound of a V8 with no cats on flowmasters!!

I just wondered if it would hurt anything to take it out. Common sense and past experience tells me no, but this is a totally different vehicle than I am used to.

Going to try it without the baffle this evening. Thanks for the input!!!!
