Default ECM PCM issues..

Hello, I have a 2006 Scion xB,
Recently I've had an issue involving 5 codes, C1223, C1336, U0100, U123, and U0124.

This issue had been hard to crack! I took my car to the dealership because I has a VSC and Track Off light popped up. Alongside this issue I could not get a reading to preform my emissions inspection. Long story short the dealer gave me a large quote for a replacement ECU or computer brain box thing.
I then ordered a refurbished one myself and installed it for much cheaper. Now the lights on the dash go away when when you start the car up FRESH , but come back on after driving it only a block.

I did some research online and found that Codes C1336, U0100, U0123 are related to ECM/PCM communication issues and C1336 and U0123 are related to Yaw sensor could this be because I need to preform a Zero point calibration? I had some work done on the front end and it may have disrupted something else electrically? Replace YAW?

I also found some info that said the CAN and BUS communication lines (don't ask me what they are) go through the Check Engine Light, and that if the Check Engine Light circuit in the dash cluster is disrupted or the bulb is burned out, then there might not be enough power going to something, due to the way the CAN/BUS comm. Is wired through the dash.

Finally I also found and article that said that the dash lights could be cause from gasoline leaking into the "charcoal canister" and causing something to not work

I am by no means a tech or car guy, but I can't stand these dealers not wanting to do their job. Can anybody give me any answers or shed some light on this problem?
