Default Misaligned Power Steering Pulley

When I changed my belts a week or so ago I noticed that the power steering belt was down to two threads. I suspected that was caused by a misaligned pulley. Just a week later and the new belt is wearing on the one side. The serpentine belt is fine so I believe the main pulley is fine and that the power steering pulley itself is off kilter.

How to fix it? I assume I need to "pull out" the pulley bit. I understand there are tools for this but they are expensive. However, many stores rent/loan them but not all pullers work on all pulleys.

Any one have experience on this, particularly for our engine? Getting this belt on was a royal pain because of the tight spaces and I imagine getting a puller in there will also be PITA.

TIA,

Bill
