Default No spark or communication to bus line

Ok odd one here driving me nuts. So After battery replacement we lost spark and communication to the bus line. Checked all fuses and have power to the ECM. Tried crank sensor, nada. Also found that the check engine, traction control, abs and coolant lights do not work but have power. Replaced ECM, still no power at the bus line so we can not flash the new computer. Any Ideas? Im loosing my mind. I know im missing something simple. This is on a 2005 Scion XB

Default Found it!

Ok so what we found is the diode for the check engine light on the cluster broke away from the bulb. The CAN and BUS lines go through te check engine light before the ECM. With a burnt out bulb the car would not start. After replacing the cluster it started right away.
