i would get this one, cheapest, most lightweight (same as TOMs and JUN i think)

The JUN unit is 10lbs. I have one.

so the toms is also 8lbs? does it free up more HP to the wheels?

a minuscule amount of hp but lightening the rotational mass lets your rev up quicker.
