Tranny Fluid on XB

So I replaced my stock tranny fluid at 30k on my box with amsoil 90 weight and am about to do it again at 60k with Mobile 1. Any thoughts on this oil, and how often I am changing it? I figure 2 quarts on a a tranny that is spinning at 4k at 80 needs to be changed regularly. thanks guys!

The factory fluid was not great stuff but Amsoil and Mobile 1 should not need changing that often unless you are considering Mobile 1 an upgrade.
