TRD Cold Air intake for 04-06 xB
I have an 06 xB with a TRD CAI and need a part but the dealership has been no help. I need the connector that connects the upper and lower intake pipes. The dealership doesn't know if it comes with the upper pipe or the lower pipe or on its own. Does anyone have any idea what this part is?

Are you talking about the black 'bellows' in the middle of this picture?
If so, that's the 'bypass valve' that prevents water from being ingested into your motor should you submerge the air filter in a puddle. 30 seconds of searching on here shows the TRD intake is a re-branded AEM intake. I'd start by calling AEM and asking them about a replacement as it would be far cheaper than anything a dealer would quote you.
