why would you upgrade?
Oh I dunno, better grip, faster engagement, tq capacity. If you like stock, then go for it. Dezod sells a fine part for a resonable price. If you should like to upgrade, we will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

The main thing I hate about the stock clutch is that its not a linear relationship from the engagement point down to full or disengaged. When I drive my moms old suzuki sidekick I can release the clutch like 90% and stall the suv on a hill, likewise with the benz I had. THis car its like 75% engaged with the clutch almost released then bang, the last 25% when you take your foot off the petal. Ive always hated that because its not a linear feel more or a parabolic to teh petal movement vs engagement.

i did not get mine from dezod but i have the stage 1 in my xb and love it...just to a little bit getting used to but that thing is a beast. i have not tried yet but i think that if i take off the trac control i could chirp 2nd to 3rd....the only thing that i did not like is the kit that i got did not have a throwout bearing i had to get a new one from the dealer. but over all this is the best clutch for the money

The other two vehicles have hydrolic clutches, so its not that. I assumed it was maybe the placement of the cylinders not the actusl clutch or pressure plate.
Nothing like being able to reclutch the car when youtry to take off and then need to relaunch it at a higher rpm in a smooth manner.

I'm glad to hear that you're happy with it. Sometimes it's the smallest changes that make the most difference. It's also alot of fun to take a care that drive every day and all of a sudden it's fun AGAIN to drive lol.
Thank you for the nice words man.

i loved the driver on my dd before but once the clutch was broke in it was 2 times more fun. just that week of shifting under 3 thousand rpms was the worst week ever. i had to take a road trip just to get out of the break in could not handle driving like a 95year old any more.....
