Default DC Sports Short Ram Intake install question

I just have a quick question about the short ram install. I noticed that the Injen, Fujita and a few others were the same so maybe you guys can help as well.

1. Is it normal that the MAF sensor has to be slightly stretched and pulled to reach the new placement of the sensor?

2. The two screws on the MAF mount only allowed me to put one as it seems to sit slightly off but still flush, it is on there pretty tight and hasn't shown a problem when running. Could this pose a problem in the future?

3. The Vibration mount just by the battery seems to be a half inch off so I retro fitted something temporary. Has anyone experienced that?

I didn't experience any of these issues but I had a TRD intake so it fit well. I wouldn't worry about the vibration bracket as much as the MAF sensor not lining up.

it lined up extremely well and I managed to get one screw in at one side, the other hole just doesn't line up. It fits extremely tight and flush, could there be any risk? There is no play whatsoever maybe I will cover it with a little bit of electrical tape..

Anything aftermarket isn't going to fit perfect unless its TRD which is designed for the car. Just do the best you can with it or spend the money for TRD performance parts.

Why do people come on here for stuff like this? Dude, you need to call DC and that's it. Whether every one of us have had this issue or not, you need to get it resolved. DC will have to take care of you. If something is not going right with any install, you must call the maker, they will know what do, or if it's right or what.
