How to order Turbo for XA from TRD Japan?
The Toyota ist in Japan has a TRD turbo. I would like to know how can I order this turbo. I checked TRD USA and Japan websites and have not had any luck finding it.
Any ideas?

I saw the Toyota ist turbo in the Toyota Japan website. this is the website- http://www.trdparts.jp/turbo-catalog-ist.html
I would get Greddy but it will void my warranty. Scion tell me I could only put TRD parts in my car so it will not void the warraty.

Actually, Toyota/Scion can not void your warranty for installing aftermarket parts. They have to prove, and put in writing that the aftermarket part you have installed caused the failure to the part you try to get fixed under warranty. Just do a search for Mugnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Besides that, even if you were able to import Japanese market TRD parts Toyota/Scion still wouldn't cover these under your warranty. They will only cover TRD parts available in the U.S. market. You will have just as many issues with Toyota if you install their JDM parts as you would with any other aftermarket part available.
Bottom line? If you want forced induction that bad, save your pennies and order the Greddy.

TRD in japan will refuse shipment, due to their ways of selling their products. As tried in the past, they continue to ask for a zip code if you will for living, as you don't have one from japan, they'll deny you.
Finding someone to order it for you, is the key.

And the kit will not work in the US since you need the bB ecu and the fact that it requires a higher octane gas which we don't have in the US unless you are willing to spend the money on 97+ octane. If you really want one shipped I can talk to a few of the companies I know and see if they can do it.
As far as warranty....who really cares. Most of the aftermarket companies carry a warranty on their parts. Plus if you are planning forced induction then you shouldn't worry about your warranty, but the precautions you are going to have to take to keep from putting too much boost into a NA engine.
Summary. You are better off buying a kit from a company in the US.

What I said also applies to the xA. It is a lot of work.
The greddy kit can be made to fit the xA. All you have to do is fabricate new IC piping. ZPI is working on a really nice kit that will fit the xB and xA.

Yeah, cept the difference is, custom is going to be a reach for problems, b/c it's someone's work and tuning ability. The Turbo kit trd offers for the ist/bb is a stock item in japan, that is tuned by someone who knows a hell of a lot more then 90% of shops.
Toyota put together a hell of a kit for it. I'd spend the money for quality over a cheap set up

All in all it is a major headache. It has been attempted before and it hasn't worked yet.
well there is the turbo kit from tsi that fits the xA...

until someone tries it out then we would know if its worth it, but until then id just stick with a blitz supercharger

For what you spend on the kit, shipping, install, and a standalone unit, you could have a local shop build one and make better power.
