LED lighting is different from normal. The light is more of a blue white band . Stock is yellowish. Look at the " before-after "visor pics above . It's a fair rendition of the difference.
Worth the $$ , that's your decision. I'm satisfied.

 

I just ordered one, just waiting for it to come in. the flyer shows a white one and a blue one, but the website only shows white, and NO ONE over there answers phones!! Do they have a blue one?

 

What about Red? I want Red.

I'm going to hold off for a bit until I can get someone to solidy say that the light makes a dramatic improvement over the stock dome light.

The stock dome light sucks in my opinion, so anything would be better.. but for $35 + tax... hmm..

 

OK... I'm not usually one to speak up about products I haven't actually used. But I am in this case. And I am not knocking this product, only stating what I have learned in my experience with LED lights.

LED lights are much brighter than traditional bulbs. I am not debating that. The lights themselves will be much brighter than your stock units. I would bet dollars to donuts that your interior will in fact be dimmer with replacement LEDs than it would with the standard bulbs.

Why? LEDs may be brighter than a traditional bulb, but they do not "throw" light. It is that thrown light that actual lights your interior.

It is the same thing as someone who shaves their tail lights to install LED strips. (Like I have on one of my vehicles.) The LEDs are brighter, and much more visible to traffic behind you. They throw a lot less light though. Hit the brakes with standard tail lights and everything behind you lights up red. Do the same with LED lights and they barely light up the body next to them.

I am sure this is the case for these LED replacements as well. If you are going for more of a bling factor, they will work great. If you are doing it expecting to have better lighting on your interior, you might look into other options.

 

Well I see that you have had your experience with LED lights before, And It seems you know what your talkin about, BUT, Our LED lights are NOT the traditional LEDs, L.E.D is a " LIGHT ADMITTING DIOTE" used commenly for years on all types of products, that does not in fact spread the light pattern out for more usable light, The fact is our LED lights are very very much different then your basic LED, you can clearly see that our LEDs are much different looking and a lot smaller than the commen LED bulb, We have many different LED bulbs, and our LED DOME LIGHT BULBS are designed to evenly spread the light pattern across a wide area for much more interior brightness. It is very clear in all of our before and after pics that our product is the best LED lighting product on the market, Every light has under gone hours and hours of test, and all of our lights are designed for specific vehicles. Our LED bulbs are approx 2 -3 times more usable brightness than the basic LED BULB.

But yes the basic LED bulb we see everyday is not good for broad lighting areas, That is why WWW.LEDDOMELIGHT.COM is NUMBER 1 in dome lights....

I will buy your product only if you'll stand by what you say. if its not 2 or 3 times as bright in lighting up the dark areas, I will ask for a refund. I'm kinda skeptical about this product, so please let me know what you can do about it.

Onec more i can make a coment! this "L.E.D's" are defenetly fifrent looking then the "Norm" i looked and looked and looked to find somehing to light the inside of the XB and nothing semed to help... i fnaly tryed one of those blue buld that are more white light then the stck bulb but by far this is one of the best problem solvers i have ever seen i would defenetly say this is a bust buy for the Bb!



I can promes that 99% of you that do buy this will feel the same way i do about it!
