Default help needed.

Okay so i was modding the xb.

1. how do you take the cover of the e-brake? i need to put something and need that rubber piece off and if I take it off, will i be able to put the stock part back on?

2. i did a dummy. but i had to cut the o/d button. now i have done work before and i know how impt it is to keep track which wire is wich..however it was cold and it slipped my mind and i cut the wires without labeling them or cut one shorter or longer.. now

how do i determine which wire goes where?

please post only helpfull stuff.

thanks.

fuji,

it doesn't matter to which wire is which cause its just a momentary push botton O/D. i did the same thing when I replaced my A/T shift **** and relocated my O/D switch to one of the pop outs in onder the cubby on my xB.

here's a pic of my shift ****...

hope this helps,

From memory, I think you can only cut it off. I remember a thread on this ages ago.
